AUTHOR'S INSTRUCTIONS

How to Submit Your Abstract

Step 1 – Create your author profile

Go to https://recip.aanmelder.nl/author and create your profile. Have your full name, affiliation, and contact address ready before you start.

Step 2 – Fill in the contribution form

Once your profile is set up, complete the abstract submission form on the same platform. Prepare your abstract in advance according to the formatting requirements below before filling in the form.

Abstract Requirements

  • Language: English only

  • Length: Maximum 35 lines (body text)

  • Content: Must briefly outline the main features, results, conclusions, general significance, and include relevant references

  • Author details: Include the full name and address of all authors; if co-authored, mark the presenting author with an asterisk (*)

Key Deadlines

  • October 31, 2026 – Abstract submission deadline (via the online form)

  • December 15, 2026 – Notification of acceptance

  • March 31, 2027 – Full 10-page paper submission (for selected abstracts only)

Important Notes

  • Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the EFRC Programme Committee

  • Abstracts are reproduced exactly as submitted in the Conference Proceedings, so proofread carefully before submitting

  • The Programme Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts and papers

  • Authors of accepted abstracts may be invited to submit a full 10-page paper for publication in the Conference Proceedings
